Mr Osama H. Dablouk completed his Master’s Degree in private and public law in 1990, and Bachelor graduate in 1984 from Cairo University. With lawyer experience for over 30 years; he has worked as legal counsel for the Ministry of Justice in the UAE for 14 years before joining Prestige Advocates. Whilst working as a senior lawyer within the ministry he has represented the government and governmental entities in litigation across its many sectors which include Roads, Airports, Defence, and Hospitals.
He has worked on cases of malpractice against federal hospitals .
Represented the ministry of the Economy in trademark and trade agency matters. Has worked with the governmental body that reviewed legislation prior to it being submitted to the cabinet for approval.
He was a member of the legal committee which supervised the liquidation of the Bank of Credit and Commerce BCCI bank. Works on local litigation for a large international trademark company. Worked as a member of the legal counsel team of Emirates Petroleum.
