Qualifications

Mr. Mohamed 0sman Almahi has completed his Masters Degree in commercial law in 2005 at University of Juba – Sudan, and Bachelor graduate in 1993 from University of Khartoum - Sudan.
- Since 2019, he-became Certified as Sharia Advisor and Auditor (C.S.A.A) program and member of the CSAA fellowship under the auspices of AAOIFI.
Experience
He has over 28 years of experience in law and passed the legal professions exams (BAR) in 1994. And admitted to Sudanese Legal Bar in 1994 and the higher court and higher supreme court in 2002, worked as legal counsel for his own office in Sudan for 21 years before moving to UAE AL Suwaidi & Company office, then Prestige Advocates.
He has leveraged on his extensive experience in Islamic banking and .finance in terms of documents and products to successfully representing and acting for our Islamic banks clients as plaintiffs or defendants in litigation which involves all types of agreements and products including but not limited to lease, forward lease, Murabaha, commodity Murabaha, deferred sale, Musharakh, stocks finance Musharakh and lstisna before the three levels of courts and execution of judgments stage.
